This product is milder than EVOO. It can be used both for your salads, cold dishes and cooking. It is much more safer to use olive oil for frying since it is burning temperature is higher than sunflower oil. 

Cooking Tip: Always add half of your Zest Ayvalık after you finish cooking to get more health benefits from olive oil and better taste.
