All of our product tastes the same only the volume and material of the packaging changes. With notes of fresh green grass, fresh green almond, green plum, green tomatos, green apple and artichoke Zest Ayvalık olive oil is a beautiful & delicious oil for any occasion. 

Zest Ayvalık is EVOO brand originated from Ayvalik. Ayvalik region and the olives grown in this area are patented and registered as Designated Geographic Region as per Ayvalik Chamber of Commerce since 10 June 2006. Our hologram label indicates that our olive oil is made with olives that are grown and harvasted, pressed and bottled in the Ayvalik region. 

Our product also complies with the requirments of chemical and organoleptic tests of Ayvalik Chamber of Commerce Labrotary. As well, in complince with the Ministery of Agriculture’s extra virgin olive oil designations, our olive oil posseses less than 0.8% oleic acid – 0.5% in specific, as per our test result. In addition, our product analysis satisfies 20 milliequivalents of active oxygen/kg oil. 

The Designated Geographic Region title of Ayvalik region has been granted by International Olive Council of Madrid, Spain and Spanish Ministry of Agriculture each year since 2012 after yearly reviews and assessments. And our brand is proudly qualified for the sealed hologram stamp with a unique number on each bottle assigned by the organization.
